Cancellation Policy Bed & Breakfast
Deposit amount required in
one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account
for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of
a credit card number at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed
only when the deposit is received.
If notice is given less than
3 days prior to the intended arrival date:
- no charge if able to fill
vacancy.
- 1 night rate for single
night reservation
- or 50% of the total account
for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy.
- With last minute cancellation
or "no show": 1 night for a single night reservation.
- 50% of total account for
multiple night reservation.

Music Lessons Policy
- Registration is required
for the whole school year. (September - May)
- The lessons are payable
with post-dated cheques on the first of the month. (9 equal payments)
- Cancellation by illness:
We will try to reschedule the lesson.
- Without written notice
of cancellation before December 31st or May 31st you will remain
registered for the next semester.
- The student should be
aware of additional costs for music books.
- The Student is asked to
be on time. (Your lessons start at the scheduled time)
